Abraham VJ Lincoln
Founder & Director
Abraham is the brain behind the success of Ethen and brings in a lot of experience in Entrepreneurship and Operational excellence in running any business successfully. He masters in Business Finance and Administration, and closely monitors the company’s revenue flow. A Great head hunter by practice, he trains Ethen’s people the art of head-hunting.
Incorporated in Hyderabad in the year 2019, Ethen aims to grow fast to become one of the top consulting firms in India, dealing with only the reputed and professional clients across industries, in India, Middle East & the US.
He leads the recruitment processes of the Non-IT and BPO sector for domestic and international markets and spends considerable time in internal training and resource development activities along with routine account management and client engagement activities.
With over 10 years of experience in the Service industry, Abraham comes with broad spectrum of professional experience in Delivery Management, Customer Services, business process re-aligning and people management. Before Ethen he spent considerable time at one of the leading BPO firm as a Key Account Manager helping them manage their very prestigious accounts and some other businesses including Imp-Ex and Logistics.
Joel Jayakar Madana
Co-Founder & Director
Joel is a recruitment professional in the technology products industry. He started out his career as a technology professional in United Kingdom, before traveling back to Hyderabad and pursuing his interests in the recruitment industry as a co-founder of Ethen Consulting Services.
He leads Ethen’s technology recruitment operations based out of Hyderabad, India. His areas of interest include defining & establishing strong recruitment delivery models, innovative service levels that ensure alignment with client recruitment objectives and structuring long term recruitment partnerships.
A strong networker by nature, Joel is working closely to set up the executive search practice in Ethen and has grown the business significantly to be the emerging search firm in the technology products sector. Before conceiving Ethen, he served in many roles varying from Account Manager to Recruitment Manager in the technology industry for over 8 years. A Tech-Savvy individual, Joel is the first sought technology person in the company and his network.
